Outstanding approx 17hh 6yo warm blood gelding.
Joey has exceptional paces and a great brain and has been bred in the purple, has has been brought on slowly and correctly to ensure he has a solid foundation for the rest of his life. He is being sold on behalf of his owner/breeder and a very difficult sale.
Joey is by Koyuna Quaterback, out of his owners old 3* level eventing mare Josie Rae (By Wunder, out of a Balmoral Boy mare).
Following being well broken in, he has been trail ridden solo as well as in groups, he received professional education also approximately 12 months ago, and has been on outing for lessons taking everything in his stride in preparation for his competitive career to begin, however due to owner’s work commitment and COVID he has remained uncompeted to this point.
He has an exceptional canter, a beautiful walk with great over track, and an excellent scopey trot, his paces and brain give him the potential to execute exceptional dressage tests which are of utmost importance to be successful in Eventing in this day and age. He has begun some jumping showing great ability, he has not been over done with his future soundness being an important factor in any training decisions in his life.
He is a quality enough type to excel in high level showing/dressage, is careful enough to show jump and of course is bred to be en exceptional eventing mount.
